1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
All memberships are sent to customer via email and require downloading your membership to your phone and are typically processed within 3 days of receiving your order. We no longer mail physical cards to customers for membership identification.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, a reshipment fee may apply.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided via email if available.
You can use this number to track your shipment through the carrier’s website.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at ridinalberta@gmail.com.
For damaged items, we may request photos of the packaging and item.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may provide a replacement or refund.
7. International Shipping
We ship internationally where possible.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs clearance.
