Refund Policy

This Refund and Return Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through www.ridinalberta.ca (the “Site”), operated by Ridin’ Alberta (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By purchasing products or memberships through our Site, you agree to the terms of this Policy.
1. Apparel Purchases
We want you to be fully satisfied with your apparel purchase. If you are not, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions.
1.1 Eligibility for Returns
You must contact us within 15 days of the delivery date to request a return.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
You must provide a valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).
Final sale and clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.
1.2 Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at support@ridinalberta.ca with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.
1.3 Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
1.4 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
2. Membership Purchases
Memberships (including Ridin’ Alberta Club memberships and digital access benefits) provide immediate access to exclusive discounts, partner offers, and members-only content.
Accordingly, all membership sales are final and non-refundable once activated or renewed.
If you experience technical issues or believe your membership purchase was made in error, please contact us at support@ridinalberta.ca within 7 days of purchase.
We will review your request and, at our discretion, may offer a resolution such as an account credit or membership adjustment.
3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.
After verification, we will offer one of the following remedies:
A replacement at no cost to you;
An exchange for an item of equal value; or
A full refund, including applicable shipping costs.
4. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for apparel items of equal value, subject to availability.
To request an exchange, contact support@ridinalberta.ca within 30 days of delivery.
5. Legal Rights
Nothing in this Policy limits your statutory rights under applicable Canadian consumer protection laws, including rights provided by the Consumer Protection Act of your province or territory.
